The Frequency Academy is a school for exploring movement, coordination, perception, and the subtle relationships that organize the living body.

We are interested in the patterns beneath movement: polarity, waves, rhythm, gravity, and the continuous conversation between what is stable and what is changing.

Our work brings careful observation into conversation with somatic practice. We study movement not simply as something the body does, but as something we can learn to perceive, understand, and inhabit more fully.
